Nollning 26 quest screen - #336

What this pull request contains:

• quest screen / mission screen for nollning 2026
• tabs for current quests, failed quests and completed quests
• leaderboard screen
• pixel art images and other images and fonts
• functions for determining pixel art for a mission (but commented out, and replaced with a stand in as the backend is not ready yet)
• i also decided which coloured buttons would belong to which quests since i didn't get an answer from the graphics fös, but i don't think it matters that much
• clouds in the bottom of "Current" quests

What this doesn't contain:

• individual quest screen (work in progress, copied from last nollning). I also believe the background picture we got from the grafikfös is too large, it's 7MB ... very slow to open up, at least in debug.
• locked quests
• locked quests at the bottom, behind the clouds

I was unsure what to do about missions that are under "review". I decided to place them under "completed", but not have a checkmark. Idk if that is confusing but otherwise they would not be visible at all the next week.

Colour scheme for quests (this wasn't super clear from the grafikfös, but I think this works good):

• regular quest -> background placeholder + pixel art
• quest under review -> as regular, but + dark filter on top
• failed quest -> dark filter at the bottom + pixel art
• completed quest -> as failed, but + check mark

I hope the code is not super ugly, I copied everything from last year and then changed as needed. Perfect order of operations lol
